Working with carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, Ohio Valley Manufacturing provides heavy gauge stamping for a wide variety of industries, including the trucking, trailer, tanks, agricultural, military, and automotive sectors. We feature presses with up to a 4,000-ton press rating and up to a 24" maximum press stroke. With our 312'' x 72" bed, we are happy to work with materials ranging from .020" to 5/8" in thickness. Specializing in compound dies and progressive dies, we offer a variety of other production methods including blank through, transfer, continuous and continuous strip, compression, and robotic. Our methods are appropriate for a range of stamping products, from circle blanks and formed stampings to surface mount pins, and transfer stampings.
