The Hammerle Leveling Machine highlighted here is used to level multiple grades of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from 0.020” up to 0.250” thick. This system is ideal for use after the processing of steel blanks, which are sometimes not flat enough for further processing. A flattening or leveling machine utilizes durable steel rollers to flatten the blank, resulting in a very flat, uniform blank.
The Hammerle Leveling Machine can roll blanks to within 0.005″ flat depending on material specification. This versatile roller leveler uses 19 rollers to process blanks up to 29” wide with a minimum length of 4”. We produce leveling solutions for a range of production volumes from specialty fabrication applications to high volume production runs.
