As a large capacity production facility, Ohio Valley Manufacturing was able to offer a recent client plant assist services, providing temporary production of metal blankings and formed stampings due to overflow at the client's own facility. We are happy to take on low to high volume jobs, and this particular client required multiple higher volume temporary production runs. The plant assist runs required both metal blankings and formed stampings to be produced, in carbon steel with an applied finish. In addition Ohio Valley will provide assistance with short term production runs in the event of an equipment breakdown.

We are able to work with materials as thin as .020", all the way up to .625", with the capacity to produce pieces are large as 72" x 100". This client dealt with the transportation industry, and we are able to meet the needs of just about any metal stamping job, from transportation to agriculture to other components.
